Your 2024 Notion Wrapped
thank you for being an awesome Notion user <3
Hey — it’s Rames
Today marks the final day of 2024. I was tempted to write a classic issue filled with Notion updates, tips, and resources—but instead, I want to do something a little different.
Oh, and there’s a small hidden surprise, so stick till’ the end 😉
We’ve come a long way…
First off, thank you for being here and reading 3-2-1: Notion! This newsletter has been a part of my life for nearly two years now, and what a journey it’s been.
Some of you may remember when it looked a little something like this:
I hope you like today’s design better, although the structure hasn’t changed much 😅
Stats
The newsletter has grown a lot since those early days. Here’s where we’re at now:
10,227 subscribers
64.94% open rate
2.63% click rate
Recently, I did a big clean-up to remove unengaged subscribers. Watching the list drop from ~16k to 10k was nerve-wracking, but it feels great to know that almost everyone reading now is actually engaged. Sometimes, a little “degrowth” is just what you need.
Usually the chart is supposed to go up, not down 😅
Sponsors
This year brought another milestone: sponsors! They’ve been a big help in covering the costs of running this newsletter (Beehiiv isn’t cheap).
I know ads aren’t the most exciting thing to see, but every click makes a difference—it shows sponsors that 3-2-1 has an engaged audience, builds trust, and helps me secure future collaborations.
I also do my best to feature sponsors that align with your interests, like Notion and no-code tools. If you’re curious about working together, you can find more info here.
Make With James
In September, I launched Make With James, a more personal newsletter (yes, I really do love newsletters). I have big plans for this one, and if you haven’t checked it out yet, I think you’ll enjoy it.
Here’s what you’ll find:
An essay on an interesting topic (psychology, productivity, etc.)
Tools & Websites: two cool digital tools and one stunning website
James’ Library: articles, books, or videos that inspired me that week
Aesthetic Corner: beautiful objects, physical products, or art
Sustainable Living: a standout project focused on sustainability
If that sounds like your vibe, it would mean the world if you subscribed. Thank you in advance for your support!

Thank You + 🎁
Thank you for taking the time to read 3-2-1: Notion every Tuesday. I hope it helps you stay on top of Notion’s ever-evolving ecosystem and (very frequent) updates.
Special thanks to everyone who engages with this newsletter—your comments, replies, and support mean everything. You’re rockstars!
I also want to thank you for trusting me as a Notion Expert / Certified Consultant. My goal has always been to create high-quality templates, tutorials and consulting services that truly add value.
Now, for the surprise: On Black Friday, I offered the biggest sale of the year with 60% off all products. I’m bringing it back to kick off 2025!
Whether you want to get organized, get in shape, organize your solo business, or track your finances, use the code 2025HEREWEGO at checkout for 60% off any template from my store. Let’s start the year off right!
That’s it from me for now—enjoy your festivities, have fun with friends and family, and here’s to an amazing 2025 🥂
Cheers,
Rames
