Hey — it’s Rames
As I’m still recovering from New Year’s celebrations, I’ll keep this short. My brain feels foggy, and focusing—especially while staring at a screen—is a challenge.
Every year, my girlfriend and I have the same thought: isn’t it strange to start the year in the worst possible state?

3 Tips
1/ ChatGPT’s Notion Integration
Let's kick off the year not with a Notion feature, but with a ChatGPT one 😅
If you're not satisfied with Notion AI, don't want to pay for it, or simply prefer ChatGPT, you'll love this new feature. You can now connect Notion (and many other apps) to ChatGPT, giving it access to search your workspace and retrieve information. It works with your currently active Notion tab—you can see an example in this video.
A few things to note:
Works only in ChatGPT's desktop app (mac or windows)
Need ChatGPT Premium
You need to have the Notion app open at the same time
I recommend checking out Francesco's video for a complete deep dive into this new feature.
2/ Inline reminders
I'm sure you already know how to add reminders in databases using a date property. And I'm sure you already know how to add an inline date using the @ command.
But did you know you can create inline (within a text block) reminders in your Notion pages?
Simply type @remind + [date]
The date can be relative—e.g. @remind tomorrow
If you want to remind someone other than yourself, simply @ tag the person after the reminder—e.g. @remind tomorrow @Emma
3/ Content Transfer API
Notion just released a feature that helps Enterprise users to transfer content from a member who has been deprovisioned.
When a user is deleted, deprovisioned, or leaves a workspace, they may leave behind private page content. This feature allows a workspace owner of an Enterprise Plan workspace to transfer this content to another, current user so it is easily recovered.
Excited to announce the launch of Notion's Content Transfer API for Enterprise plan workspaces!
Workspace owners can now programmatically transfer private pages of former members to an active member after removal. 🙌 #NotionAPI

2 Resources
1/ Notion Tips & Resources Database
A quick reminder that all tips, updates, and resources mentioned in these newsletters are available in the Tips & Resources section of my website. I've recently added a search form to help you find what you're looking for more easily.
Also available in French 😉
2/ Presentation Mode for Notion
Presentation Mode is a browser extension that transforms Notion pages into slides! It maintains Notion's sleek and minimal design, turning each H1 heading into a new slide. You can present your page in fullscreen mode, just like in Google Slides.
Genius?!
