Notion Fixes Annoying Problems
charts, lists & passkeys updates

Hey — it’s Rames
I recently listened to Tim Ferriss’ podcast with Greg McKeown, best known as the author of Essentialism. They discussed New Year’s resolutions, and I really connected with Greg’s perspective.
He views moments like January 1st as opportunities for a “fresh start.” While many people mock New Year’s resolutions—citing the classic example of someone starting the gym on January 1st and quitting a week later—Greg frames even short-lived efforts as successes:

3 Tips / Updates
1/ Charts Updates
The team working on Notion Charts just got two new updates for us:
1/ We can now change the range of the data, meaning what minimum and maximum values show in the charts

2/ We can now add captions to our graphs!

2/ Lists are now readable
Notion just fixed the list view's biggest issue: readability. When you tried to add many properties, it quickly became messy and only showed half of the information.
Now it’s much cleaner! Just have a look for yourself ↓
List view: finally less… ellipsis-y. No more half checkboxes or rows playing hide and seek.

1/ Database Templates Tutorials
Still feeling lost about database templates? I have a very short tutorial for you where you'll learn:
How to create a database template
How to set a template as default
How to use recurrence to create recurring events/tasks
2/ Make | Automate Everything
If I had to keep only one tool in my entire tech stack other than Notion, it'd be Make. You've heard me mention Make a ton of times, and it's because it's the best automation tool on the market.
It's way more powerful than Zapier, its primary competitor, allowing you to go much deeper and access more features.
I managed to get a deal with them, if you create an account using my link below, you'll get one month on the Pro plan for free.
